Professional Responsibilities & Experience

As a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for The Robert Green Company, Mr. DiMatteo’s areas of responsibility include corporate finance and accounting, financial analysis and project feasibility analysis, project level cost accounting and financial reporting, partnership and asset accounting and reporting, acquisition and administration of project level debt, risk management, audit, tax and corporate administration.

Additionally, he participates as a member of the executive team in developing and implementing strategic plans, goals, and objectives to help ensure business growth and operations effectiveness. He develops, analyzes and interprets accounting information in order to appraise operating results in terms of profitability, performance against budget, and other matters bearing on the fiscal soundness and operating effectiveness of the organization.

For the five years prior to joining The Robert Green Company Mr. DiMatteo was the Chief Financial Officer of National Mobile Television, a $120M multinational technical services company.  While there he secured the recapitalization of the Company, and led the diligence for numerous acquisitions and significant capital investments.

La Mirage, San Diego, CA – Prior to that Mr. DiMatteo was the controller at BRH La Mirage, a 1,070 rental condominium development in San Diego.  At La Mirage Mr. DiMatteo was the senior member finance and accounting management throughout construction and lease up.
