The Robert Green Company’s responsibilities encompassed all facets of the resort development including due diligence, land acquisition and entitlement, development entity formation, financial pro-forma modeling, hotel operator contract negotiation, acquisition of equity and debt, design supervision, construction management and FF&E coordination.
