Saggio Hills is
a 258 acre development located in Healdsburg, California in
SonomaCounty that includes
residential and affordable housing components along with a community
park and a luxury resort. Along with the 130 room resort, the
residential component includes 60 – 70 single family detached
residences with 3 to 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Amenities to the
residences include kitchen, dining/family rooms and wine cellar
along with outdoor entertaining spaces such as patios, fireplaces,
barbecues and outdoor seating.
As a part of the entitlement process the Developer will contribute
14.3 acres of land for an affordable housing development.The Developer intends to control the design and architecture
of this project with help from an experienced builder of affordable
housing units.Ultimately
the City of Healdsburg
will determine the appropriate density and mix of units for this
site.
